Terms of Service
Please read my Terms of Service. By commissioning me you have told me you have read these terms and agree to them.
General
- I have the right to decline any commission.

- Due to the variable nature of yarn and the handmade nature of the item, pieces may vary from gallery examples.
- I reserve the right to post commissions to my portfolio and social media unless otherwise discussed.

- ALLERGEN WARNING: I own three cats. My yarn is kept away from them but there is a non-zero amount of cat hair and dander in my work space. Collars are cleaned before mailing but keep this in mind if you are allergic to cats!
Payment
- Payment must be paid in full before work begins.
- I do not offer payment plans.
- Payment is accepted through Paypal as Goods and Services in USD.
- Buyer is responsible for customs, taxes, and VAT. I will not lie on shipping forms.

- Refunds are available based upon amount of completion. If no work is started, you are eligible for a full refund. If materials are purchased for your commission, the cost of materials will be deducted from your refund.
- If a commission is cancelled on my end, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of completion.
- If a commission is cancelled and refunded while in progress, I reserve the right to alter the piece and sell it as a premade item.
Exclusions
The following I will not do for any commission.
- Hate speech or symbols
- Political messaging or references
- Drug references or drug based characters
- AI art as reference

- Adult references are allowed provided there is no fetish imagery
- My work is not to be used for AI/NFTs
- I retain commercial rights to my work unless otherwise discussed
